Patrons traveling on
I-80 East or West
Traveling on I-80 take the Barkeyville exit, PA Route 8 north. Stay on Route 8 north through Franklin (follow signs closely as there are several turns to make). Route 8 North will turn into a 4 lane highway, continue straight into Oil City. As you approach the city you will see Electralloy on your right. Stay in the right-hand lane, go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street staying in the left-hand lane. Go straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Elm Street staying in the left-hand lane. The parking garage will be on your left towards the end of the block.
I-80 East or West

I-79 Southbound
Traveling south on I-79 take the Meadville exit, PA Route 322 east. Follow PA Rt 322 east to Franklin. Once in Franklin you'll see a BP station on your right, bear right following signs for Route 8 North. Continue on over the bridge, stay in the left hand lane, go to the 3rd traffic light (after the bridge) and turn left onto Liberty Street/Rt 8 North staying in the left hand lane. Continue down Liberty Street, go to the 4th traffic light and turn left onto Route 8 North. Follow Rt. 8 North into Oil City, you will see Electralloy on your left, stay in the right hand lane, go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street and get in the left hand lane. Go straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Elm Street staying in the left hand lane. The parking garage will be on your left towards the end of the block.

Traveling south on PA Route 8 from Titusville and other points north of Oil City, follow Route 8 South. When you get close to the city you will see a Welcome to Oil City sign on your left, continue straight on Rt. 8, next you will see Hovis Auto Parts on your right, turn left over the bridge onto Seneca Street. Continue down Seneca Street, stay in the left-hand lane as you approach the 1st traffic light. Go straight through the light, the parking garage will be on your left.

PA Route 8 Southbound
Traveling south on PA Route 8 from Titusville and other points north of Oil City, follow Route 8 South. Traveling west on US Rt. 322 from points of Cranberry, go to the traffic light in Cranberry (Sheetz will be on your right) and turn right onto Pa Rt 257 North. Go straight until you come to a stop sign (Rt 257 ends), turn left onto US Rt 62 South stay in the left hand lane when the road turns into two lanes, follow signs for Rt 62. As you approach the city you will see a fountain on your left, as you pass the fountain the road turns into 3 lanes, stay in the middle lane. Proceed straight through the light and get in the right-hand lane. Go to the next traffic light and turn right over the Petroleum Street Bridge, turn right onto Rt. 8 North. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street staying in the left-hand lane. Go straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Elm Street staying in the left-hand lane. The parking garage will be on your left towards the end of the block.

Traveling west on Pa Rt. 157 from the east, take Rt 157 to the intersection of US Rt 62. Turn left onto US 62 South. Follow signs and stay on Rt. 62 South until you come to the intersection of Pa Rt 8 and turn right onto Rt 8 North. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street staying in the left-hand lane. Go to the second traffic light and make a left hand turn onto Elm Street staying in the left-hand lane. The parking garage will be on your left towards the end of the block.
PA Route 157 Westbound
Traveling west on Pa Rt. 157 from the east, take Rt. 157 to the intersection of US Rt 62. Turn left onto US 62 South. Follow signs and stay on Rt. 62 South until you come to the intersection of Pa Rt 8 and turn right onto Rt 8 North. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street staying in the right-hand lane. Go to the first traffic light and make a right onto Seneca Street staying in the right-hand lane. Go to the first traffic light and bear right immediately after the traffic light (you should be in a parking area that leads under the bridge, if you cross the bridge you've gone too far).

Traveling south on US Rt. 62 from points north of Oil City, follow the road signs and stay on Rt. 62 until you reach the intersection of US Rt. 62 and Rt. 8. Turn right onto Rt. 8 north. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Center Street, stay in the left-hand lane. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Elm Street, get in the left-hand land.
