The Pumkin Bumkin Fest is supported by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency, through the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA), its regional arts funding partnership.State government funding comes through an annual appropriation by Pennsylvania’s General Assembly and from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. PPA is administered in this region by The Venango Center for Creative Development.

Food Vendors, craft vendors, snake exhibit by EXTREME REPTILES (small entry fee), apple cider demonstrations, maple sugar demonstrations, free horse drawn "hayrides" on Saturday by HOLLY HILL FARM, the Salvation Army's 2nd annual Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, the Pennsylvania State Championship Beard & Mustache Competition hosted by the WPBMA, and oh so much more!!

Some of your favoites from last year will return to wow and amaze you again. FRACK'S FREAKSHOW, AARON BONK with juggling, stiltwalking and his spectacular fireshows and HEATHER YANYO from MAXIMUM GLITTER with free face painting.

Friday night is kids night!! Costume parade for ages 0 - 13 (everyone that registers will be put into a drawing for a $100 Toys R Us gift card), GIGGLES the CLOWN, family Halloween movie, Oil City's own FORESTWOOD PERFORMING ARTS DANCERS, Story telling by Mother Goose and more.

Also, you want to miss the first ever winter weather prediction by OIL VALLEY VICK and Dark Illusion Entertianment's Creepyville Haunted House!!
